Projects are organised into workspaces. Changing the current workspace automatically changes the set of projects you work on. Additionally, projects can easily be exported to a ZIP file and imported in another Atollic TrueSTUDIO installation. With these powerful project management mechanisms, you can organise your work in a highly efficient manner!

Creating a new embedded project is just a matter of a few simple mouse-clicks. The intuitive project wizard gathers target specific information like what EVB-board or microcontroller derivative to use, and some other basic settings. A target adapted embedded systems project is then generated automatically from the defined configuration, including a linker file with the appropriate memory settings for the selected device. For many embedded targets, Atollic TrueSTUDIO auto-generates a full device driver library as well!
