The diagram editor has a large number of advanced features, such as:

  • Grid, snap-to-grid and rulers
  • Configurable fonts, line- and fill colours, and line widths
  • Configurable line and connector types
  • Auto-routing, auto-arranging and configurable layout strategy
  • Various types of alignment of graphical objects

The Outline view display a structural view of the contents of the diagram, and permits “drilling down” into detailed information on various drawing objects. Alternatively, it can display the complete diagram as a miniature image independently of zoom and panning in the main editor window. This aids navigation and zooming and panning operations in large diagrams, or in diagrams that are zoomed-in.

The Properties view permits configuration of properties for various drawing objects that can be selected in the drawing editor.
