Most products incorporate one or more communication standards, either for internal use on an embedded system electronic board or across computers and devices. Our staff has experience from most communication standards and protocols.
Development platforms
Atollic have vast experience from software development for both technical PC applications and embedded systems. For development of technical PC applications, we have experience from both Windows and Linux PCs, as well as Unix workstations.
Device drivers
We are true experts on device driver development and board support packages. Our staff have been expert speakers on device driver development at international seminars and conferences, such as the Embedded Systems Conference in San Francisco and Chicago, as well as on various Embedded design seminars in several European countries.
Safety critical
Development of safety-critical software requires advanced programming skills. Our engineers have experience from safety-critical and real-time projects within the fields of aerospace and automotive.
UML modelling
The Atollic UML modelling and development process experts have more than ten years of experience from UML and the software engineering process. We are running UML training courses and several of our development projects have been MBSE projects (Modell Based Software Engineering), where focus is the UML model and associated documents (e.g. source code is generated from the model).
User interfaces
The importance of graphical user interfaces is increasing. Matching that, we provide the expertise needed to develop advanced graphical user interfaces for non heterogenous enviroments. Truly cross platform, we develop software that compile and run on several operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Unix without any modification to the source code.
